Requirements:
- Must have 06 months to 01 year of experience in Business Development.
- Must have working experience with the USA or UK-based companies.
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
- Manage the sales cycle from building connections to nurturing them.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have Knowledge of IT Services.
- Must work on bidding platforms like Upwork
- Would be required to explore platforms for bidding the company’s services to potential clients.
- Sales-oriented approach and have the ability to close deals.
- Must be good in cold calling and sales pitching to prospects.
- Must have a technical background in the IT Industry, knowledge of technologies used in Web / Mobile Application Development.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, marketing software, and applications.
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
Responsibilities:
- Client outreach through multiple channels.
- Make sure the prospective clients are well aware of the company’s services.
- Research and identify new business channels.
- Interact with clients for their technical requirements by promoting the company’s services.
- Keep prospective client databases updated.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospects.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Support in devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings by the company.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
