Requirements:

  • Must have 06 months to 01 year of experience in Business Development.
  • Must have working experience with the USA or UK-based companies.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
  • Manage the sales cycle from building connections to nurturing them.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must have Knowledge of IT Services.
  • Must work on bidding platforms like Upwork
  • Would be required to explore platforms for bidding the company’s services to potential clients.
  • Sales-oriented approach and have the ability to close deals.
  • Must be good in cold calling and sales pitching to prospects.
  • Must have a technical background in the IT Industry, knowledge of technologies used in Web / Mobile Application Development.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, marketing software, and applications.
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills

Responsibilities:

  • Client outreach through multiple channels.
  • Make sure the prospective clients are well aware of the company’s services.
  • Research and identify new business channels.
  • Interact with clients for their technical requirements by promoting the company’s services.
  • Keep prospective client databases updated.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospects.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Support in devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of all service offerings by the company.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
